What is the minimum order for custom patches?

Do you offer iron-on patches?

Can rush digitizing be requested?
Rush turnaround may be available depending on artwork complexity and workload. Timing is confirmed after the file is reviewed.
What embroidery file formats do you produce?
Dynamic Digitizers produces DST, PES, EMB, JEF, VP3, XXX, and other common embroidery file formats. The format is chosen based on the machine type and production requirements specified.
Can you digitize for caps and hats?
Yes. Cap and hat embroidery digitizing requires different stitch planning than flat garments because of the curved frame and limited stitch area. Dynamic Digitizers handles cap-specific digitizing as a separate service type.

What is vector art used for?
Vector art is used for patch artwork, embroidery prep, screen printing, DTF, sublimation, signs and any production file that needs clean scalable edges without pixelation.
Can a blurry logo be redrawn?
Yes. Low-resolution logos can often be manually redrawn into clean vector artwork. The redraw time depends on the complexity of the original logo.
What vector file formats do you deliver?
Completed vector files are delivered as AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG depending on the intended production use. The output format is confirmed during project review.

What files can I upload for a quote?
AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG, and WEBP files are accepted. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred when available because they give the clearest artwork for production review.
What project details should I include?
Send your artwork, patch size, quantity, patch type (embroidered, PVC, leather, etc.), backing preference (iron-on, hook-and-loop, sew-on), border choice, colors, need-by date, and any special instructions.
What if I do not have artwork?
